Green Project donates solar hot water system worth £4,399 for Pirate FM Radiothon

The Cornwall based Green Project is encouraging individuals across the county to listen to Pirate FM tomorrow morning from 7am and bid for items kindly donated by Cornish businesses, to help raise money for the Pirate FM’s charitable arm, The Pirate Trust.

This year the Green Project has donated a free solar hot water system worth £4,399 (including free installation) to the Radiothon.

The Radiothon is calling on the generosity of listeners to help raise money for the Pirate Trust, which helps individuals and projects across the county. The highest bidder of the Green Project’s solar hot water system will also help the environment by reducing their carbon footprint, and will benefit from reduced hot water heating bills!

All money raised tomorrow goes towards the Pirate Trust, the Green Project will not take any profit from donations.

Listeners can tune in from 7am to begin bidding. The Green Project wishes all who take part the best of luck!
